This privacy policy governs your use of the Website and the other associated/ancillary applications, products and services managed by the Company Health Boat.

  • Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000;
  • Regulation 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011 (the "SPI Rules");
  • Regulation 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.

  • The type of information collected from the Users, including Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Data or Information relating to an individual;
  • The purpose, means and modes of collection, usage, processing, retention and destruction of such information; and
  • How and to whom Health Boat will disclose such information.

  • Financial information such as bank accounts, credit and debit card details or other payment instrument details;
  • Biometric information;
  • Information received by body corporate under lawful contract or otherwise;
  • Visitor details as provided at the time of registration or thereafter; and
  • Call data records.

The Website/Services may gather your certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device used by you, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of internet browsers used, the type of pc used by you and the information about the way you use the Website/services.

3.1 ALL USERS NOTE

This section applies to all users.

3.1.1 A state of every User's utilization of and access to the Services is their acknowledgment of the Terms of Use, which additionally includes acknowledgment of the conditions of this Privacy Policy. Any User that doesn't agree with any provisions of the same has the choice to end the Services provided by Health Boat right away.

3.1.9 Health Boat may require the User to pay with a credit card, wire transfer, debit card or cheque for Services. User's credit-card/debit card details are transacted upon secure sites of approved payment gateways which are digitally under encryption.

3.1.10 When anyone visits the Website, Health Boat automatically receives the IP address. This information is used to analyze overall trends to help Health Boat improve its Service. The linkage between User's IP address and personally identifiable information is not shared with or disclosed to third parties.

This section applies to all End-Users.
